As a certified Hatha yoga instructor for the past 20 years, Beth O’Brien has been assisting others with their physical, emotional and spiritual journey. She has extensive experience in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Gentle/Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and beginning and intermediate Hatha Yoga.
Beth approaches each class she teaches with knowledge, experience, and a sense of fun. She helps her students modify where needed.
Group Classes: Beth O’Brien teaches 60-minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes every Tuesday from 5:15 to 6:15 PM at The Sacred Owl Spa Yoga Studio (2105 S College Ave., near Whole Foods). Vinyasa Flow yoga relieves stress, relaxes tense muscles and increases flexibility.
Classes move at a mindful pace, linking breath with movement from pose to pose. This class is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Join the class in standing, sitting and inversion poses that transform body, mind and spirit. Cost: $75 for seven classes.
Your body will thank you.
Are you new to yoga and do you prefer individual instruction prior to joining a class? Do you have a particular area in need of stretching or healing? Or do you want to focus on reducing anxiety or alleviating depression as a focus for your yoga practice? Beth O’Brien can meet with you individually and design a yoga sequence to meet your goals.
